Lots of coffee. We know that this is important. - Salary is paid fairly according to skill and superpower - Of course, enough vacation to recharge your batteries and unwind!

- Ein Team, das lacht, bevor es läuft (Teamfrühstück = Pflichttermin ☕🥐) - Patient*innen, die unsere Liegen fast so sehr lieben wie uns - Fortbildungen, bei denen man mehr mitnimmt als Muskelkater - Therapiehund "Luana", der gerne mithilft, aber meistens schläft 🐶 - Kaffee. Viel Kaffee. Wir wissen, dass das wichtig ist. - Gehalt wird nach Können und Superkraft fair gezahlt - Selbstverständlich genug Urlaub, um Energie zu tanken und die Seele baumeln zu lassen!
