About the Role We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to drive Enterprise Excellence across Latin America South, Central & Caribbean (LASC). In this role, you will lead business transformation initiatives, accelerate growth, and improve operational efficiency through Lean methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the region.
What You’ll Do • Lead the Enterprise Excellence strategy across LASC • Drive Lean / Operational Excellence transformation • Manage high-impact regional programs and projects • Accelerate growth and improve productivity • Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities • Implement governance, KPIs and performance tracking • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Projects This Role Would Lead • Lean transformation and productivity initiatives • Enterprise Excellence governance and KPI deployment • Cross-functional process improvement programs • Capability building and best-practice standardization • Digital enablement, dashboards, and automation projects
