About this role
Job Description: DXC Technology, a leader in Information Technology services within the ICT sector, is seeking a Junior Tender Office Specialist to join the team dedicated to administrative procedures for responding to public procurement tenders. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in legal or economic disciplines (Law, Economics, Political Science), has experience in procedures for participating in public procurement tenders—preferably in the ICT field—or is eager to acquire such experience, with an excellent knowledge of public procurement regulations.
Main responsibilities include managing administrative documentation related to public administration tenders in the ICT sector, specifically:
• Reviewing and analyzing tender notices and related administrative and technical specifications;
• Verifying compliance with participation requirements;
• Preparing administrative documentation required for tender participation (RTI, company certifications, reliance agreements, etc.) in collaboration with other corporate functions;
• Preparing documentation for technical and financial offers based on input from specialized departments;
• Attending official sessions for the opening of documentation and offers;
• Preparing documentation for access to records and appeals;
• Drafting justifications and supporting documentation for tenders;
• Requesting performance bonds through designated company functions;
• Researching internal company references to meet participation requirements;
• Managing the archiving of all tender documentation;
• Supporting certain post-award activities;
• Managing portals and related activities (SDAPA, ANAC, MePA, Supplier Portals, etc.).
Key skills: strong organizational abilities, results orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

The position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €36.000.
Compensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
