About this role
*** MUST BE FLUENT IN KOREAN & ENGLISH
• Manage full service, sample only, ad-hoc and tracking projects.
• Set up and coordinate new and on-going projects.
• Set client expectations, project delivery timelines.
• Ensure clear communication and outline of project requirements and timelines with other teams that are related to complete and successfully deliver project.
• Project coordination with other departments (e.g., sample fulfillment, bid consulting, sales team).
• Project coordination with external partners – vendors and publishers.
• Ensure timely delivery by all groups involved in all project phases.
• Cost confirmation and Invoicing.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet the client’s requirements.
• Perform all other duties necessary for successful project completion.
• Ensure that client needs, and project objectives are consistently met.
• Perform Customer Relationship Management and Teamwork.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teams.
• Learning/participating in training on new tasks related to preparation of a leadership role.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Post Graduate – Any stream.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Possesses a strong understanding of market research.
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Must be open to work in night shift.
