Job Description Key Responsibilities: Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner. • Provide information about products and promotions. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently. • Promote a positive customer service experience with a customer-centric approach. • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. Stocking and Merchandising:

• Restock shelves and displays with products. • Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor. • Arrange and display merchandise to attract customer attention. • Dispatch delivery orders to drivers. Safety and Compliance:

• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.
