About the role

We’re looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant who combines strong functional expertise with hands-on technical capabilities. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design and implement scalable HR solutions, focusing on Employee Central and LMS, while supporting integrations across SAP and cloud environments. You’ll join a dynamic team driving HCM transformation initiatives, with opportunities to influence solution design, optimize processes, and work on modern cloud-based architectures.

Daily challenges

• Analyze HR processes and translate business requirements into SuccessFactors solutions • Design scalable, best-practice SAP SuccessFactors architectures • Configure and support modules (Employee Central, LMS) • Support integrations with SAP HCM (PA/OM) and third-party systems • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and basic debugging • Develop and adjust reports, integrations, and extensions (Integration Center, APIs, middleware) • Drive continuous improvements, automation, and process optimization

eXperience and skills required

• 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors consulting (functional + technical) • 5+ years SAP HCM (PA/OM) experience • Strong knowledge of Employee Central, LMS, and cloud HR architecture • SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification (C_THR88) – mandatory • Experience with integrations (APIs, middleware, CPI/BTP) • Troubleshooting skills incl. IDOCs, batch jobs, provisioning adjustments • Strong communication, problem-solving, and Agile collaboration skills

We offer salary from 36,400 to 44,200 EUR/annual. Salary can be higher depending on experience and skillset.
