What You’ll Be Doing

Provide first-line IT support to users at all levels, from technicians to leadershipTroubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issuesSet up laptops, peripherals, and user accountsCreate, modify, and terminate user accessEscalate issues when required and follow up to resolutionDocument issues and solutions clearly in the service desk system

What We’re Looking For

Up to 1 year of IT support experience preferred but not requiredRelevant IT study, certification, or internship Genuine interest in building a career in ITExposure to service desk tools (ServiceNow or similar)Basic understanding of Windows environments, hardware, and user supportStrong communication and customer service skillsWillingness to learn, take feedback, and growExperience within the Google suite is highly desirable
