General Purpose

The Sales Lead is responsible for achieving sales and revenue goals, client loyalty and retention. The Sales Lead accomplishes this through the leadership of the sales team and deliberate networking.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Plan sales activities to achieve annual targets and branch revenue goals.Quickly respond to inquiries and convert them into orders.Identify and convert new prospects into customers.Ensure inspections and quotations meet guidelines for gross margin.Analyze sales trends and adjust plans monthly/weekly to meet productivity targets.Support sales team with coaching to achieve targets.Meet branch renewal targets and promote upselling.Visit existing customers regularly and address complaints promptly.Maintain system updates and tracking documentation.Conduct meetings to set daily agendas and perform performance reviews.Ensure completion of reports and system updates; manage attendance and sales approvals.Adhere to safety guidelines, conduct risk assessments, and inspect PPE and vehicles.Train team on customer expectations, data collection, and service scheduling.Communicate customer expectations to operations prior to service delivery.Ensure timely planning and execution of sales according to company protocols.Accurately assess pest and hygiene needs and recommend solutions per Company guidelines.Benefits

Must have a minimum of 3 (three) or more years in a sales position Must have at least 1 year supervisory experienceMust have a high school diploma 5 BGCSETechnical knowledge of Hygiene and Pest products and Equipments, would be an assetMust be 25 years old or older and hold a valid driver’s license without restrictions.
