Main Job Duties will be;
Responsible for Handling customer inquiries for new salesObtaining customer feedbacks after the servicesPrepare monthly reports which connects to Marketing / OperationsHandling the company main telephone line and active involvement for customer serviceRequirements
School Leavers who have passed three subjects in G. C. E. Advance Level.Any professional qualification in related field will be an added advantage.Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skillsFluency in Written and Spoken English is essentialValid Riding License is mandatoryBenefits
