• Month Close in US GAAP – Calculations & Postings & Reconciliations • Reporting of Monthly US GAAP Results, KPIs, Variance Analysis Actual vs Budget • Profitability & Margin & Cost & Inventory Analysis • Providing Support to Finance Manager & Plant Management • Drive Efficiency Accross the Departments & Revise Current Processes • Budget & Forecast Preparation • Ensure compliance with Donaldson procedures and practices.
Qualifications:
• University/High School Degree • Min. 5 years of Experience in Controlling & Finance • Experienced in Financial Reporting and Analysis Preparation • Good Knowledge of Accounting US GAAP & CAS • Good PC skills (MS Office: Excel – advanced level) • Fluent English (+ Czech)
Preferred:
• ERP system knowledge (Oracle appreciated) • Analytical & Endurance for Problem Solving • Independent but a Teamplayer, Reliable and not Worried Being Responsible
