AYANA Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for AYANA Komodo to lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for managing restaurants, bars, and overall F&B experiences while driving revenue, controlling costs, and upholding AYANA’s high standards. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends
ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and develop the Food & Beverage team to achieve high performance and service standards. Control budgeting, inventory, and procurement to maximize revenue and manage costs effectively. Address guest feedback and complaints professionally while maintaining AYANA’s service excellence. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations and continuously improve operational standards.Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Food & Beverage Manager role or a minimum of 2 years as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a five-star hotel environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, standards, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in restaurant management software, MS Office, and fluent in English.Benefits
