Must-have Skills / Qualification:
● Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent work experience; CPA required,
● Business/Finance related MBA preferred
● Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a fi nancial auditor and /or head of accounting and Finance or rapidly rising Senior level Accounting and Finance leader ready for the next level
● Strong, working knowledge of GAAP and IRFS
● Working knowledge of Xero is required and other cloud-based software
● Experience in working with external audit fi rms and managing deadlines
● Profi cient with Google Suite tools, specially Google Sheets
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills
● Flexibility and willingness to pitch in with assorted tasks as they arise
● Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Hands on management approach as necessary, and performing as part of the team
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Strategic management of the Accounting and Finance of 6 entities (PH, SG and HK)
● Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
● Manage the month end close process and the preparation of monthly accruals, journal entries and account reconciliations of various G/L accounts
● Manage the Company's A/P process
● Manage the Company's invoicing, revenue recognition and AR processes
● Payroll Management
● Ensure monthly consolidation of Financial Statements
● Cash Management
● Ensure all tax related compliance and issues are resolved
● Compliance with established internal controls
● Collaborate with auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
● Identify and manage opportunities for improvement in processes and systems, with a view towards scalable growth to meet anticipated demands
