We seek a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Microdeb in Gothenburg, Sweden!

As a Customer Success Manager at Microdeb, you will be responsible for ensuring customers successfully adopt, use, and gain value from our solutions throughout their lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to your customers, building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and advocating for their needs internally. This role includes regular on-site visits to customer locations to strengthen relationships, support strategic collaboration, and ensure ongoing customer engagement.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Sweden, working in a hybrid work model from our office in Gothenburg!

What your day will look like:

Customer Value and Adoption

Own the post-sale customer relationship and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes using Microdeb’s solutionsDrive product adoption through onboarding support, training sessions, and ongoing engagementProactively identify risks to customer satisfaction and address issues before they escalateRelationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships with both operational and senior stakeholdersConduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and on-site visits to understand customer priorities and challengesAct as the customer advocate within Microdeb, collaborating with product, support, and delivery teams to resolve issues and influence roadmap decisionsRetention and Account Health

Maintain a strong understanding of account health, usage patterns, and customer sentiment Support contract renewals by ensuring customers clearly recognise the value deliveredContribute to churn reduction through proactive engagement and effective problem-solvingAccount Growth Support

Identify opportunities for account expansion based on customer needs and successPartner with commercial colleagues to support upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts where appropriateCRM and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, risks, and opportunities in the CRMProvide regular updates on customer health, key activities, and insights to internal stakeholdersAbout You:

Proven experience working as a Customer Success Manager or similar client-facing role within a SaaS or technology environment is essentialStrong ability to build long-term relationships and communicate clearly and professionally with customersCustomer-centric mindset with a passion for helping clients succeedProactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and prioritiesWillingness and ability to travel to customer sites across SwedenProfessional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbalLegally authorised to work in SwedenWhat we offer:
