Role OverviewThe Content Writer creates high-quality written content that informs, engages, and converts across digital channels. This role supports brand authority and growth through clear, compelling copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.
You will own content pieces from research to final delivery—writing long-form articles, marketing copy, and supporting materials while adapting tone and structure to brand guidelines. This role is ideal for writers who value clarity, consistency, and impact, and who enjoy translating ideas into effective written communication.

Through clear and engaging content, you help improve visibility, strengthen credibility, and support marketing and growth objectives. Your work enables teams to communicate more effectively and scale content output without sacrificing quality.
Core ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Copywriting — 50%Write clear, engaging content across formats (blogs, articles, landing pages, emails, and web copy)Develop product descriptions, marketing copy, and educational contentCreate social media and short-form copy aligned with brand voiceProduce long-form content such as guides, resources, and case studiesAdapt tone and structure to match different audiences and brand stylesBalance creativity with clarity, accuracy, and messaging goalsResearch & Content Planning — 20%Research topics, audiences, and subject matter thoroughlyIdentify content opportunities based on trends and audience needsSupport editorial calendars and content planning effortsConduct keyword and intent research to inform topicsEnsure content is accurate, relevant, and well-supportedSEO Optimization & Performance Awareness — 15%Optimize written content for search visibility and readabilityIncorporate keywords naturally and strategicallyWrite meta titles, descriptions, and structured headingsRefresh existing content to improve performance when neededStay aligned with SEO best practices and content standardsEditing, Proofreading & Quality Control — 10%Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistencyEnsure adherence to brand voice and style guidelinesFact-check content and validate claimsApply feedback and revisions efficientlyMaintain high editorial standards across all deliverablesCollaboration & Workflow Support — 5%Collaborate with marketing, design, and strategy teamsManage multiple writing tasks and deadlines effectivelyCommunicate progress and flag risks earlyContribute ideas to improve content quality and processesRequirements
