Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inbound Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day inbound freight operations and supplier coordination. This role is critical to ensuring inventory moves smoothly from manufacturers and vendors into U.S.-based fulfillment and warehouse locations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing logistics workflows across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound shipments from international and domestic suppliers to U.S. warehouses and 3PLsTrack purchase orders, shipment milestones, ETAs, and delivery confirmationsCommunicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely receipt of goodsPrepare, review, and manage shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOLs, ASN data, etc.)Monitor delays, discrepancies, or damages and proactively flag risks with clear recommendationsMaintain accurate logistics trackers and systems (spreadsheets, ERP, WMS, or TMS tools)Support customs clearance coordination and follow up on holds or exceptionsPartner with Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, and Finance to ensure inbound accuracy and visibilityAssist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives as volume scalesRequirements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inbound logistics, supply chain coordination, or freight operationsHands-on experience working with freight forwarders, 3PLs, and overseas suppliersStrong understanding of international shipping processes and documentationHigh attention to detail with excellent follow-throughStrong written and verbal English communication skillsComfortable working early hours aligned to Pacific TimeProficient with Google Sheets / Excel and logistics tracking toolsAbility to manage multiple shipments and priorities independentlyNice-to-Have
Experience supporting DTC, CPG, beauty, or e-commerce brandsFamiliarity with U.S. customs processes and HTS classificationsExperience working with ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) or WMS platformsPrior experience supporting a U.S.-based team in a remote environmentWhat Success Looks Like
