About the RoleWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help drive qualified applicants efficiently across our paid media channels. Prior experience in driving full-funnel conversions fully online is essential for this role.

You’ll support campaign setup, tracking, and optimization across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, while also helping us test and scale emerging platforms like TikTok, Reddit, Quora, and Taboola.

You’ll work closely with our colleagues in performance marketing, creative, and marketing automation teams to improve performance across the full funnel — from lead to enrollment.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role focused on results. You will take ownership of a select number of markets.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Campaign Execution

Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube

Support AI-driven campaigns like Meta ASC and Google PMax

Track CPL and performance by region, audience, funnel stage, and creative

Maintain UTM consistency and campaign tracking across GA4, ad platforms, and HubSpot

Lead Quality & Funnel Reporting

Track CPL, CPA (App Start), CPA (Submit), and CPE (Enrollments)

Monitor lead quality in HubSpot (NXU status, lead lifecycle stage, program of interest)

Help maintain and improve weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting dashboards

Flag underperforming campaigns and propose corrective actions

Creative & Asset Testing

Support creative briefs for video, copy, static, and platform-specific formats

Monitor creative performance by asset, message, format, and placement

Provide structured testing recommendations across TOF, MOF, and BOF

Bonus: New Channel Testing

Assist with exploratory campaigns on TikTok, Reddit, Quora, Taboola, and programmatic

Track CPL and lead quality from new sources

Help assess whether new channels should scale or pause

Requirements4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across multiple markets

Confident using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads

Familiar with AI campaign types like ASC and PMax

Strong understanding of UTM tracking, GA4, and CRM integration (HubSpot preferred)

Skilled in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel – pivot tables, formulas, charts)

Comfortable reporting CPL and conversion metrics to multiple stakeholders

Bonus: experience testing or scaling emerging platforms (TikTok, Reddit, Quora, Taboola)

Bonus: experience targeting audiences in Africa, Asia, or the Middle East

Success Looks LikeCampaigns deliver qualified leads at or below the target CPL

Weekly and monthly performance reports are accurate, clear, and actionable

Insights from data lead to smarter creative testing and channel improvements

Emerging platforms are tested in a structured way and either scaled or cut based on results
