Technical Adviser (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Installation of the machine that we sell to the customer. - Instruction of the machine on the customer's site, including the foreign countries. - General customer service, including by telephone call. - Preparing the quotations for the customer. - Production test at our laboratory. - Managing the ingredients and the equipment including our Machine in the laboratory (Cooperating with the other staff). - Planning and execution of in-house Messe, the exhibition and other presentation. - Incidental work with the above items.
Requirements
- The knowledge of bread making as well as machines. - Experience in the food industry is a plus. - Fluent German and English. Other languages are preferred - Business trips occur relatively frequently.
