Leads the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data architecture, pipelines, and platforms. Drives data strategy, governance, and best practices while managing stakeholders and guiding teams to deliver scalable, high-performance data solutions aligned with business objectives. Job Description: · Define and lead data architecture, standards, and best practices. · Design and oversee scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms. · Drive enterprise data strategy, including data governance and quality frameworks. · Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data engineering initiatives. · Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data solutions with business strategy. · Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers across levels. · Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and cost optimization. · Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks. · Establish processes for monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement. · Drive cross-functional collaboration across BI, data science, and engineering teams.
