**We are a German company and we are looking for a Sales Manager to elaborate, maintain and develop the sales strategy in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland in the Dairy Farming Business. **
#### Your responsabilities
- You develop and implement a tailored sales strategy for Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, and other assigned countries - You drive annual sales growth in line with the defined sales plan and expand market share - You identify and capture new business opportunities across your territories - You build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and farmers - You provide technical support and ensure effective product usage for customers and partners - You organize and deliver training sessions, product demonstrations, and sales presentations - You represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events - You travel frequently (up to 50%) and report on sales activities and market developments
#### Your profile
- You hold a university degree in Agronomic Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or a comparable field with a focus on ruminant nutrition - You bring at least 6 years of experience in ruminant nutrition, farm management, or a similar role (preferably with dairy cows and calves) - You have an established network within the agricultural sector - You demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills - You work independently while also contributing effectively within a team - You are willing to travel extensively (50%) - You are fluent in English (C1 level), knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian language are a plus
