Your OpportunityThis role puts the Berlin office and onsite employee experience at the center — while also contributing to broader People Operations and Recruiting initiatives.

You will be the driving force behind a high-quality, vibrant, and well-run office environment, while supporting core People Operations and talent processes.

This is a visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in building community, creating structure, and improving processes — equally comfortable organizing office rituals and supporting document management or recruiting workflows.

What is your job?Office Management & Employee Experience

Own and continuously improve day-to-day office operations

Ensure the office is professional, welcoming, and aligned with our culture

Plan and execute office events, team rituals, celebrations, offsites, and community moments

Create engaging formats that strengthen connection and collaboration

Manage vendor relationships (cleaning, supplies, catering, facilities, etc.)

Oversee office-related budgets and cost tracking where applicable

Act as the go-to person for all onsite topics

Identify and implement improvements that enhance engagement and office culture

Drive initiatives that make the Berlin office a place people genuinely enjoy working from

People Operations & Recruitment Support

Support onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including contract preparation, documentation, and system updates

Prepare and validate payroll inputs in coordination with external providers

Support HR documentation, contract amendments, and terminations in compliance with German labor law

Act as a local operational contact for employee questions

Partner with the wider People team to implement global initiatives globally

Support active sourcing for selected roles

Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication

Optimize recruiting workflows and documentation

Explore and help implement AI-supported hiring tools and automation

Who we are looking for:Min 2 years of experience in Office Management, Employee Experience, or People Operations in Germany

First hands-on exposure to HR administration (contracts, on-/offboarding), and ideally first experience in payroll preparation

Basic understanding of German labor law

Strong experience coordinating events and managing vendors

Interest in recruiting processes and modern hiring tools (AI curiosity is a plus)

Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented mindset

High attention to detail and ownership mentality

Fluent in German and English

Based in Berlin and comfortable working onsite regularly
