Summary

The Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for owning and scaling high-impact strategic partnerships that drive long-term revenue growth, market expansion, and joint customer value. This role leads complex partner relationships end-to-end, from strategy definition through execution, and serves as a senior point of contact across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of strategic partners, driving growth through joint planning, co-selling, and long-term value creation

Define and execute partnership strategies aligned with broader commercial and growth objectives

Lead complex partner negotiations, including commercial terms, joint initiatives, and escalation management

Develop and execute joint business plans, including pipeline targets, enablement plans, and success metrics

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer teams to operationalize partnership initiatives

Act as a senior relationship owner, engaging with partner stakeholders at multiple levels, including executive leadership

Identify new partnership opportunities and expansion levers within existing relationships

Track and report on partnership performance, pipeline contribution, and strategic impact

Contribute to the evolution of partnership frameworks, playbooks, and internal best practices

Mentor junior partnership team members and act as a subject-matter expert for strategic partnerships

Desired skills and competencies

Significant experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or related commercial roles

Proven track record of managing complex, high-value strategic partnerships

Strong commercial acumen with experience influencing revenue, pipeline, or market expansion outcomes

Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments and drive initiatives end-to-end

Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally

Strong negotiation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills

Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced or high-growth environments

Data-driven mindset with the ability to track performance and inform strategic decisions
