At DEME, we continuously work on improving the way we operate. To support this, we are looking for a change coach to strengthen our growing change management team. In this role, you will focus on the people side of transformation — helping colleagues prepare for and adapt to new ways of working.

• Support different initiatives across DEME that improve how we work and how our processes run
• Focus on the people side of change: helping colleagues understand and adopt new ways of working
• Coach initiative managers and their teams (mainly around operational excellence and digitalization)
• Drive internal communication to keep people informed and engaged (news, videos, events, …)
• Organize and facilitate workshops (e.g. vision sessions, feedback or testing workshops)
• Gather input from stakeholders and adjust your approach based on their feedback

• You easily connect with people and take initiative
• You build relationships naturally and enjoy working towards a common goal
• You keep the bigger picture in mind, but are also hands-on and detail-oriented
• You communicate clearly and know how to listen and involve others
• You’re interested in how people experience change and what helps them adapt
• You can turn feedback into concrete, practical actions
• You’re eager to learn and open to new things
• You have a Master’s degree or similar through experience
• You are fluent in English and Dutch
• Experience with UX or change/digitalization projects is a plus
