About this role

Role: About the Advisory PracticeOur Advisory Practice is a core pillar of our company and the leading source of advice and guidance for small and medium businesses.

Through hands-on consultation, we meet founders and business owners where they are, help them identify what’s holding them back, and equip them with the tools, frameworks, and accountability to move forward.

The centerpiece of the Advisory Practice is the Boardroom: a live advisory experience that combines the focus of consulting with the collaboration of a workshop. In each session, we provide strategic guidance, a tactical implementation plan, and the opportunity for business leaders to learn alongside others facing similar challenges.

Since launching, we’ve maintained a 90% customer satisfaction rating and helped thousands of SMBs achieve meaningful, measurable growth. More importantly, we’ve helped founders and business owners build the skills and mindsets that continue to compound long after they leave the room.

About the Director of Marketing & GrowthIn this role, you’ll play a key client-facing role within the Advisory Practice.

You’ll work directly with founders and business leaders to identify growth constraints, craft winning marketing strategies, and translate them into clear, executable plans. You’ll go deep inside each client’s business to diagnose marketing problems, shape solutions, and ensure they have the systems and skills to scale.

This role blends strategic insight with hands-on execution. You’ll serve as both advisor and operator, helping founders understand how to generate leads, convert customers, and sustain profitable growth.

Beyond client work, you’ll help strengthen the Advisory team by mentoring other advisors, contributing to our playbooks and frameworks, and leading internal marketing and growth initiatives.

This is a role for someone who moves fast, solves hard problems, and brings both creativity and discipline to every challenge. You’ll sharpen your craft across industries, expand your pattern recognition, and grow into a stronger strategist, communicator, and leader. This role develops the next generation of leaders at Acquisition.com through mentorship, executive visibility, and hands-on operational experience.

If you’re motivated by impact, mastery, and meaningful work, this is where you’ll do the best work of your career.
