Technology & Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank through a secure, efficient, and resilient technology foundation. With a strong focus on productivity, quality and control, governance, people capability, and innovation, Group T&O manages core banking operational processes and delivers seamless services across multiple banking channels to support business growth. Key Responsibilities
• Provide major application and production support for Institutional Banking Group (IBG), payment utility platforms, and branch service systems, ensuring high availability and operational stability • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to business users, operations teams, and technology partners across global and local markets • Deliver technology initiatives including system enhancements, new functionality development, and ongoing application maintenance aligned with business objectives • Analyze business requirements, document end‑to‑end processes, and translate them into functional and technical specifications • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to design, build, test, and implement solutions • Facilitate discussions to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in system design and implementation • Support production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely issue resolution to minimize business impact • Monitor and optimize system performance, capacity, and reliability to meet service level expectations • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, user story definition, and delivery tracking • Work closely with regional and global partners to ensure consistent service delivery, standards compliance, and continuous improvement
