About this role
A Customer Service Officer, key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Guiding customers through the account opening process for various banking products and services.
• Ensuring all necessary forms are completed correctly and explaining product features clearly.
• Facilitating a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new clients.
• Conducting Enhanced World-Check Screening (EWSS) and checking caution lists to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Assisting RMs for input credit applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurately.
• Collaborating with relevant departments for further processing and loan execution.
