Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trade finance team, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of trade transactions • Manage the team's workload, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to ensure timely completion of all trade finance activities • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of trade finance operations • Ensure compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines, such as UCP, ISBP, and URDG • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and credit, to provide seamless customer service and support • Monitor and analyze trade finance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization • Lead and motivate the team, providing coaching and mentoring to support their professional development Requirements
