Business Function:
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities: - Support Voice related project delivery and daily operation. - Ensure the Voice infrastructure align with DBS policy and regulator requirement. - Maintains Voice system performance and availability. - Secures Voice system by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation. - Upgrades Voice by conferring with vendors; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. - Vendor management.
Requirements: - Deep understanding of voice and recording technologies (CISCO and NICE) - Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, subnetting, routing protocols), network security principles (firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention), and network monitoring tools. - System administration skills: Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining Cisco voice systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This might include experience with scripting languages for automation tasks. - Security expertise: Experience with securing voice systems, implementing access controls, and monitoring for vulnerabilities. - Experience with vendor management: A proven track record of managing relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of services. -en
