In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Purpose
• To manage all the operational activities, responsible for ensuring smooth & efficient execution of treasury transactions Key Responsibilities and Requirements
• Process interbank and money market transactions, including detailed knowledge of CSA, LCH, and STM products. • Perform regulatory reporting tasks related to the money market and interbank desk • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy • Provide support and guidance to team members as needed Required Education
• Minimum Graduate Required Experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar operations role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry • Strong understanding of interbank and money market transactions, including knowledge of CSA, LCH, and STM products • Proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze data and create presentations • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
