About this role
• Assist in the preparation for periodic Management/ BOD/ BOC meetings to ensure all meetings will be held effectively, follow up actions are monitored, and information presented are timely and accurate. • Assist in the preparation for business review meetings and provide business analysis as well as insight to ensure availability of comprehensive information as basis for Management's decision-making process. • Support on the preparations, review, monitoring, and submission of the Bank DBSI Scorecard to ensure the DBSI Scorecard is updated, confirmed with relevant units, and delivered as scheduled. • Help in the coordination of Branch Governance, branch dashboards, and Branch Forums to provide the latest information to all stakeholders for monitoring, review, and decision-making basis for follow-up actions. • Support internal communication processes including Townhall meetings, IDLC, and Annual Reports. • Support in preparing and coordinating strategic related reporting to OJK. • Prepare the competitor benchmarking report periodically.
