About this role
• Drive the preparation for periodic Management/ BOD/ BOC meetings to ensure all meetings will be held effectively, follow up actions are monitored, and information presented are timely and accurate. • Drive the preparation for business review meetings and provide business analysis as well as insight to ensure availability of comprehensive information as basis for Management's decision-making process. • Coordinate preparations, review, monitoring, and submission of the Bank DBS! Scorecard to ensure the DBSI Scorecard is updated, confirmed with relevant units, and delivered as scheduled. • Coordinate Branch Governance, branch dashboards, and Branch Forums to provide the latest information to all stakeholders for monitoring, review, and decision-making basis for follow-up actions. • Coordinate preparations for the Country Business Review to ensure information and materials are updated, communicated to all relevant stakeholders, reviewed, and effectively delivered as per schedule for the Country Presentation with the Group CEO. • Coordinate the implementation of Bank's strategic initiatives to ensure involvement of all relevant BUSUs, obtain necessary information, periodically monitor initiatives, and ensure timely execution. • Support internal communication processes including Townhall meetings, IDLC, and Annual Reports. • Coordinate strategic related reporting to OJK. • Review the competitor benchmarking report periodically. • Assist in preparing the townhall materials or other internal leadership function material for CEO.
