About this role
Role Purpose Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of branch and office fit-out projects to support the bank's real estate expansion strategy. Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality infrastructure rollout with continuous value optimization. Key Requirements Key Responsibilities Project Delivery
• Lead end-to-end execution of fit-out projects (branches, offices, refurbishments) • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Manage project lifecycle from concept to handover Planning & Execution
• Conceptualize and drive infrastructure rollouts aligned to business needs • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation • Oversee BOQs, specifications, drawings, and vendor deliverables Stakeholder Management
• Act as the single point of contact for internal stakeholders • Translate business requirements into execution-ready project plans • Drive cross-functional coordination for seamless delivery Risk & Cost Management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively • Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance • Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives Vendor & Compliance Management
• Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors for effective execution • Ensure compliance with internal policies, statutory norms, and approvals • Liaise with regulatory and government authorities as required Reporting & Governance
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and financials • Maintain documentation including timelines, approvals, and cash flows • Ensure adherence to project management frameworks and KPIs Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to portfolio strategy, process improvements, and best practices • Support real estate strategy through insights on cost, design, and efficiency Eligibility Criteria Experience
• 6–10 years of experience in commercial real estate / fit-out project management • Proven experience in independently managing multiple projects Education
• Graduate (mandatory) • B.E./B.Tech (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) preferred Core Competencies
• Strong project management and execution skills • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented thinking • Understanding of leased real estate processes (preferred) • Experience with statutory approvals and regulatory bodies • Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments Technical Skills
• BOQ preparation, technical specifications, and drawing review • Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel, PowerPoint • Vendor management and execution best practices Behavioral Competencies
