About this role

Job Purpose :

• Provide a brief overview of the position, including its purpose and contribution to the organization. • The VKYC/ReKYC Agent is responsible for conducting video-based customer verification in compliance with regulatory guidelines and ensuring uniform customer experience. Key Accountabilities :

• Conducting VKYC/ ReKYC calls as per defined scripts and compliance requirements • Verifying customer identity and documents during live video interactions • Ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal quality standards • Handling customer queries professionally during the verification process • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems in real time Job Duties & responsibilities : KYC Processing

• Ensure that KYC guidelines and Customer acceptance procedure of the bank is strictly adhered to. • All KYC call requests must be serviced as per defined SL without deviation. • KYC exceptions if any, need to be duly escalated as per defined approval matrix. • All required disposition and interactions with customer to be duly recorded / documented in the relevant system • Continuously review the internal monitoring process and identify areas of improvement. Education / Preferred Qualifications :

• Degree holder • Certifications in the areas of Operations, MS office will be an advantage. Core Competencies :

• Strong interpersonal & verbal and written communications skills • Good, effective and engaging skills. Calling skills preferred • Basic analytical skills • Good judgement and problem-solving skills • Able to organize information in a structured manner

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi) • Ability to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality • Problem-solving ability and presence of mind • Need to have Customer Centric Approach Technical Competencies :

• Proficient in MS office tools, Ms Excel, Power point, Word • Knowledge of Finacle, Call Centre Tools, CMS preferred.
