• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking gold loan products • Assess client's financial needs and recommend appropriate gold loan solutions • Assist clients with the application process, document submission, and loan disbursement • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to other banking products and services • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets Requirements
