Role Overview The Senior Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the group’s transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and risk management, with a strong focus on OECD BEPS requirements, including Pillar 2 (Global Minimum Tax) and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
Key Responsibilities 1. Transfer Pricing Compliance & Documentation • Lead preparation, review, and maintenance of Master File and Local Files across jurisdictions • Ensure transfer pricing documentation complies with OECD and local regulations • Ensure consistency between financial data, TP documentation, and tax filings • Monitor and implement updates to local transfer pricing requirements • Support tax authority queries, audits, and documentation reviews. Prepare technical responses and coordinate with external advisors
2. BEPS Pillar 2 & CbCR • Manage implementation and ongoing compliance with OECD Pillar 2 (GloBE rules) • Oversee effective tax rate (ETR) calculations on a jurisdictional basis • Prepare and review Pillar 2 filings and disclosures • Coordinate data gathering with finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness • Monitor regulatory developments and assess compliance implications and ensure documentation is audit-ready and defensible
• Oversee preparation and submission of CbC report and manage notification filings and local compliance requirements
Key Requirements • 8–12+ years of experience in transfer pricing and/or BEPS compliance • Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS (Pillar 2 and Action 13) • Global or regional TP exposure is required • Strong analytical and data reconciliation skills.
• Self-starter and the ability to react to dynamic, fast moving working environment • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Law • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent) preferred
