Role: responding onsite, supporting families, documenting follow-up Requirements: Provide on-site family support during donation, work regular 16-hour on-call shifts, travel by personal vehicle, maintain valid driver\u0000s license, proficient with Microsoft Office and EMRs, bachelor's degree preferred; chaplaincy/palliative/hospice/social work background preferred; BCC/ACC preferred; COVID-19 vaccination and booster required.
