**Deine Aufgaben:**
- Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten - Proaktives Monitoring und Sicherstellung der Systemperformance und -verfügbarkeit - Durchführung von Backup- und Recovery-Maßnahmen - Verwaltung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Server, Clients, Netzwerke, Telefonanlage und Peripheriegeräte - Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation interner IT-Projekte - Unterstützung der Benutzer bei technischen Fragen und Problemen
**Das bringst du mit:**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Systemadministration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows- und Microsoft 365-basierten Systemen - Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VMware oder Hyper-V - Erfahrung mit gängigen Storage- und Netzwerktechnologien - Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

We are looking for an IT System Administrator (m/w/d) to strengthen our team.
**Your tasks: **
- Installation, configuration and updating of hardware and software components - Proactively monitor and ensure system performance and availability - Perform backup and recovery operations - Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, clients, networks, telephone system and peripherals - Planning, implementing and documenting internal IT projects - Supporting users with technical questions and problems
**Your Qualifiations: **
- Completed training or studies in computer science, IT systems administration, or equivalent qualification - Good knowledge of the administration of Windows and Microsoft 365-based systems - Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V - Experience with common storage and networking technologies - Teamwork, communication skills and a structured way of working - Fluency in spoken and written German
