* Close collaboration with Underwriting Managers and business units in the conception of digital insurance products * Translation of underwriting logic, product structures, and business rules into digital solution concepts on INSTANDA * Act as a sparring partner for Underwriting and distribution‑related stakeholders * Facilitate workshops, solution sessions, demos, and reviews * Support stakeholders in understanding digital possibilities, best practices, and solution patterns * Support digital products from initial idea and prototype through to productive use * Continuously improve and further develop existing digital solutions * Create reusable product and solution templates to support scalability * Reduce complexity and manual effort for Underwriting teams * Close cooperation with IT, engineering, and platform teams * Contribution of business and product perspectives to the further development of the INSTANDA usage
Your Profile
* Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, ideally with proximity to Underwriting, product, or solution design * Solid understanding of insurance products and underwriting processes Experience working with digital platforms or low‑code solutions (INSTANDA experience is a plus, but not required) * High degree of independence, ownership, and solution orientation * Confidence in working with international and senior stakeholders * Very good command of English; German skills are an advantage but not a prerequisite
