Position Summary:
Conducts clandestine surveillance of all gaming activity including slot operations, cashier cage, count room, main bank, and Security operations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promotes superior guest service.
• Maintains, and perpetuates a positive organizational culture according to the principles of the Spirit of Tâlícn and the Core Values of ilani.
• Assists Surveillance Manager & Director in supervising activities of Surveillance Agents.
• Utilizes the necessary surveillance equipment to respond to, identify and record questionable activities as prescribed by the WA. State Gaming Board and internal controls.
• Works very closely with Security Supervisors to coordinate the combined efforts of both departments.
• Assumes responsibility of the Surveillance Department during the Manager & Director’s absence.
• Performs the duties of a Surveillance Agent on the days when the Surveillance Agent is not available.
• Assists in the training of Surveillance Agents.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
• Two (2) years of casino surveillance department experience in a high-volume, complex casino environment with table games.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to foster a supportive and enabling team environment.
• Ability to work in a secluded, enclosed environment for extended periods of time.
• Must possess strong reading, listening, writing, and visual skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Must be able to observe and report in an objective manner.
• Knowledge of state regulations, casino internal controls, and casino policy and procedures.
• Must be willing to work in a smoking environment.
• Must be willing to adhere to company health and safety measures.

Wages: This role offers a starting wage of $58,259.00 annually. Candidates with relevant experience may be placed higher within the established pay range.
