About this role

We are looking for a Channel Partnership Manager to lead and grow our business in Vietnam through strong distributor partnerships, customer engagement, and market development initiatives.

As Convatec's commercial lead for Vietnam, you will work closely with distributors, healthcare professionals, hospitals, and internal teams to drive sustainable growth, expand market access, and deliver exceptional customer value.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys building partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities Drive Commercial Growth in Vietnam

• Develop and execute the country growth strategy aligned with Convatec's business objectives.

• Deliver sales, revenue, and market growth targets across the Vietnam market.

• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights to drive sustainable growth.

• Support product launches, portfolio expansion, and market penetration initiatives.

Lead Distributor Partnerships

• Act as the primary commercial contact for distributor partners in Vietnam.

• Build strong relationships with distributor leadership teams to ensure alignment on business priorities and growth plans.

• Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance, and implement initiatives to improve execution and results.

• Drive distributor capability development through training, coaching, and performance management.

Expand Market Presence and Customer Engagement

• Develop and execute market development initiatives to increase product adoption and patient access.

• Build relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including hospitals, healthcare professionals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to develop educational programs and demand generation activities.

• Gather customer insights and market intelligence to support commercial decision-making.

Manage Key Accounts and Tender Opportunities

• Support strategic account planning and engagement with priority healthcare institutions.

• Coordinate tender planning, submission, and follow-up activities with distributor partners.

• Monitor tender opportunities, market access developments, and competitive dynamics to maximize business opportunities.

• Partner with customers and stakeholders to strengthen long-term relationships and drive sustainable growth.

Deliver Sales Excellence and Business Performance

• Drive effective use of CRM tools and sales excellence processes to improve customer engagement and commercial execution.

• Develop accurate sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports.

• Monitor business performance against targets and identify actions to optimize results.

• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

Collaborate Across Functions

• Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Legal, and Compliance teams to support business objectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional activities related to product launches, demand planning, customer programs, and market development initiatives.

• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between Convatec and distributor partners.

Ensure Compliance and Risk Management

• Ensure all business activities are conducted in accordance with Convatec's policies, ethical standards, and local healthcare regulations.

• Identify potential commercial, operational, and regulatory risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.

• Promote a culture of compliance, accountability, and responsible business conduct.

What You'll Bring Experience

• 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, channel management, distributor management, or commercial roles.

• Experience within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or related industries preferred.

• Strong track record of driving commercial growth through distributor or partner networks.

• Experience working with hospitals, tenders, or healthcare procurement processes is advantageous.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Travel

• Travel within Vietnam and occasionally across Southeast Asia.

• Up to 40-60% travel depending on business needs.
