About this role

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead proactive maintenance planning and execution while coordinating workflow across Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Storeroom teams to support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. You will prioritize, plan, and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work, support capital and reliability projects, and drive the transition from reactive maintenance to a planned, continuous improvement culture.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling of preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance activities • Prioritize and sequence maintenance work based on production needs, labor availability, and operational risk • Develop and maintain job plans, labor estimates, and bills of material in SAP • Assign planned work to technicians and coordinate execution to meet schedule adherence targets • Provide direct leadership and accountability for Maintenance Techs in assigned area. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance planning • Monitor maintenance execution, remove barriers, and escalate performance or staffing issues • Analyze maintenance history to identify repeat failures and reliability improvement opportunities. Sharing findings and recommendations with plant leaders • Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Storeroom teams to align priorities and ensure parts availability • Lead the maintenance and operations teams through small- to mid-scale maintenance, reliability, and capital projects • Coordinate contractors, internal resources, and downtime events to meet all accountable project timelines and budgets • Champion safe work practices, lockout tagout compliance, and adherence to food safety and quality standards

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• Five or more years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems • Experience using SAP Plant Maintenance for work orders, planning, and history • Demonstrated experience planning and executing maintenance or reliability projects • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills • Experience coordinating or leading technicians or contractors in a plant setting • Ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage competing priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook • Food manufacturing or maintenance planning experience preferred

When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination. You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000 The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
