Job Title: Manager I, B2B Sales Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Manager I, B2B Sales to lead a large outbound sales organization focused on merchant acquisition and SMB growth. This role is responsible for managing 6 Team Leaders and an extended team of 80–120 agents in a high-volume, cold-calling environment. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capability, operational discipline, and a proven ability to drive results in a performance-based sales organization.Key Responsibilities
• Lead Operations: Oversee day-to-day outbound sales functions. • Develop Leaders: Manage and coach 6 Team Leaders. • Drive Growth: Accelerate merchant acquisition and SMB sales. • Optimize KPIs: Monitor and elevate performance metrics. • Build Accountability: Strengthen sales execution across all levels. • Standardize Workflows: Improve process consistency and efficiency. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner internally to boost productivity.
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience. • 2+ years of outbound sales leadership experience managing leaders. • Deep experience running high-volume outbound or cold-calling programs. • Strong understanding of KPI-driven sales management and conversion metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
• Specialized experience targeting Small to Medium-sized Businesses (SMB). • Deep familiarity with advanced performance metrics like Funnel Velocity, Closed-Won rates, and Pitch-to-Close conversions. • Proven track record in large-scale market acquisition strategies.
