Requirements: • Must pass a drug screening • Ability to work in all outdoor elements (heat, rain, snow, etc.) • Must be able to climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, squat and stand for long periods of time • Ability to work on uneven or muddy ground • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. • Must be reliable. • Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: Self-Motivated, Results Oriented, Adaptable, Team Player, Accountable, Ethical, Innovative, Resilient, Builds Relationships Skills: • Safety Conscious • Experience with picks, shovels, power tools, and air tools for excavation • Ability to take direction and work together with others. • Good hand-eye coordination
