What you'll be doing
• Plan and manage clinical projects, including timelines, milestones, and communication with stakeholders
• Coordinate study start-up activities and ensure all required documentation is in place
• Track project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to leadership, sponsors, and teams
• Manage project resources, including staffing, training, and cross-functional collaboration
• Oversee financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, billing, and scope changes
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH/FDA), and quality standards
• Communicate protocol updates and ensure all teams are aligned
• Coordinate data collection activities with internal teams, sites, and external partners
• Lead and support project teams by setting expectations, providing training, and driving performance
• Contribute to business development activities, including client meetings and presentations
• Support project close-out activities and ensure all deliverables are completed
• Where applicable, supervise team members including coaching, performance feedback, and hiring support
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and team effectiveness
What we look for
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
• Experience in clinical research or clinical development, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
• Background in project coordination or management of clinical trials
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
• Financial awareness, including budgeting and forecasting basics
• Proficiency with standard business and project management tools (e.g. Excel, Project)
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a professional and positive approach
• Medical imaging experience is an advantage
