Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Maintain a comprehensive CRM database of current and prospective LPs including detailed profiles of investment preferences, sector/geographic focus, interaction history. • Segment investor base to align outreach strategies with LP interests and generate internal reports on pipeline progress. • Track outreach & fundraising pipeline stages, including recording meeting notes, follow-up actions and next steps to ensure continuity in investor engagement. • Prepare and distribute quarterly and annual LP reports, portfolio updates and market insights. • Gather and synthesize investor sentiment; monitor competitor positioning and LP allocation trends; surface market intelligence to refine fundraising priorities, messaging, and materials. • Frequent senior‑stakeholder and institutional LP interaction. • Coordinate investor communications such as update calls, webcasts, and AGMs. • Serve as the primary contact for LP inquiries and manage side letters and custom reporting in collaboration with finance & legal teams. • Support capital raising by identifying and engaging prospective LPs, coordinating roadshows & investor meetings and managing due diligence processes including data rooms and DDQs. • Oversee onboarding, subscription documentation and capital call communications in partnership with fund administrators. • Create and maintain investor-facing materials including pitch decks, PPMs, teasers, and performance summaries. • Prepare tailored meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-ups, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the firm’s brand and strategy. • Foster long-term LP relationships through personalized engagement and support. • Plan and execute investor events such as AGM, LP summits and advisory board meetings, including logistics, content development, and post-event follow-up. • Gather and relay investor sentiment and market intelligence to senior leadership. • Contribute to IR strategy development and monitor industry trends, competitor positioning and LP allocation behavior to inform internal messaging and fundraising strategy. • Lead ESG-related communications and reporting aligned with frameworks like UN PRI and GRI. • Ensure investor materials and outreach comply with regulatory standards and coordinate with legal and compliance teams on updates. • Leverage CRM platforms, investor portals, and digital tools (e.g. Webinars, virtual data rooms, analytics) to enhance investor experience, streamline reporting and personalize outreach. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics or related field. • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, fundraising or client-facing role within VC, PE or related alternatives. • Strong grasp of fund metrics (IRR, TVPI, MOIC, NAV), financial reporting and investor communications. • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamo). • Strong project management skills. • Experience across both VC and PE environments. • Knowledge of ESG frameworks and digital investor engagement tools. • Strategic mindset, global exposure and a continuous learning approach. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Licensing: SIE and Series 7 and Series 66; if not held, must obtain within 90 days of hire. Salary Range $80,000-$125,000
