About this role
Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day office management functions like housekeeping, security, cafeteria, guest and visit management etc. • Supporting employees on their travel requirements like air, car, VISA, FOREX, accommodation etc. • Manage employee transport. • Responsible for coordination with external service providers and vendor partners. • Responsible for budget planning, invoice management and data maintenance. • Oversee health and safety and related compliances from admin and facility perspective. • Plan and executive CSR and employee engagement activities. • Engage from time to time in facility upkeep / upgrade projects and initiatives. • Work closely with global stakeholders for operations alignment and management.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in facility management with relevant experience in IT/ITES organizations. • Proficiency in Microsoft office. • Strong knowledge of building services, vendor management, and statutory compliance. • Ability to handle multiple priorities, manage projects, and deliver results independently. • High attention to detail with a proactive and enthusiastic mindset; team-oriented approach. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
