Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Perform reconciliation and cash and trade position and resolve the break on timely manner. • Perform NAV calculation on assigned hedge funds. • Process settlement on payment. • Handle general administrative tasks and liaising with other departments as required; • Assist in the invoicing process, collection of receivables. • Provide support to other operations’ tasks as assigned from time to time. • Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree with major in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines. • 2-4 years of working experience preferably gained in the financial services industry. Experience in Fund Services experience would be a plus. • Proactive, mature, high level of attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure and strong sense of meeting tight committed deadlines. • Good interpersonal skills. • Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English. • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation applications, including the ability to produce neatly presented work.
