What you bring
• Pharmacy technician certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months) • High school diploma or equivalent • Hospital or retail pharmacy experience • A detail-oriented, team-first mindset
What you’ll do (what your day really looks like) You’ll rotate through key areas of the inpatient pharmacy, working closely with pharmacists and clinical teams to:
• Prepare and distribute medications accurately and efficiently • Support medication delivery for patient-specific doses across units • Replenish automated dispensing cabinets and maintain inventory • Compound sterile and non-sterile medications
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to ensure quality and safety
This is hands-on, detail-driven work where accuracy, teamwork, and urgency matter.
