• Execute the initial release of each season’s product within multiple systems • Execute and manage smooth run of weekly replenishment; • Maintain min/max level in system to ensure replenishment stock level; • Monitor and maintain optimum store stock levels to ensure target fill rate is reached; • Collaborate closely with logistic team to monitor the gap between demand and supply planning and recommend action plan when needed; • Develop and communicate allocation strategies based on location and size selling performance; • Analyze store performance, size trends and apply observations to future distribution and planning strategies; • Involvement in preparation work for New Store/Store Renovation; • Prepare regular reports for merchandising and planning; • Other Monitoring and Ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
• A Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Business/ Retail Management/ Statistics/ Business Analytics/ Mathematics/ Supply Chain or related field • At least 2 years of relevant experiences preferably in Fashion retails industry • Proactive, well-organized, and good time management • Strong in planning, coordination & execution • Strong communication & interpersonal skills • Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese • Proficient in Microsoft office & excel • Passion for fashion, up to date with the latest trends • Keen eye for details with an aptitude for numbers
