We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized professional who enjoys administrative and data-focused work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with both peers and internal stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist with building, organizing, scanning, and preparing client source file for use in tax preparation process
• Utilize GoFileRoom (CRM/Project Management), Engagement Manager (Document Storage), and Adobe Acrobat software to organize and generate electronic client data
• Assist Tax Administrators in assembly of client tax return deliverables
• Other duties as requested by Tax Advisor and Tax Administrators
Required Qualifications:
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications
• Actively participating in campus organizations, preferably within a leadership role, and/or professional work experience

• Keen, consistent attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
