Lead the day-to-day operation of the PMO function across the EPOS transformationEnforce programme governance standards, processes, and reporting cycles adhering to Primark policies and Delivery Governance FrameworkOwn the programme’s RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) framework and ensure effective tracking and escalationOversee integrated planning, milestone tracking, resource forecasting, and dependency managementManage programme reporting to steering groups, exec stakeholders, and senior leadershipSupport programme/quality assurance across all delivery activities, including stage gates and audit readiness Proven 5+ years minimum experience supporting PMO functions in large-scale, complex programmes (ideally retail or EPOS-related)Exceptional skills in governance, planning, RAID management, and stakeholder reportingExperience in multi-vendor, multi-geography delivery environmentsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project portfolio tools (e.g. Planisware, Clarity, or similar)Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills at all levelsDesirable:
PRINCE2, MSP, P3O or similar certificationsBackground in technology or retail transformation About Primark
